For over a decade, Tom has been part of some remarkable stories while working in performance, teaming and leadership. From helping school and university teams win trophies and turn around their seasons, to Super Rugby competitions, The Hundred, The IPL, working with an Olympian and helping SA cricket to a World Cup semi final – Tom has seen a lot of sporting exploits. He has also worked with hundreds of working professionals in seeking to help them find their high performing way at work.
In the sports arena specifically he has worked with teams, coaches and athletes in developing the winning behaviors and mindsets that lead to them becoming the best version of themselves, as well as gaining results. He has worked across many sport disciplines, notable teams include The Stormers, Melbourne Rebels, SA Rugby, The Sharks, Western Province Rugby Ajax Cape Town, SA Golf, University of Cape Town Sport and Stellenbosch University Sport.
In the business world he has put together multiple programs across industries, all of which have been customised to help bring about optimal performance for individuals and teams. He has worked at both junior, middle management, EXCO and CEO level.
